Managing the process at every step
We take care of everything from photographing your property and preparing an inventory to issuing keys and arranging an annual Gas Safety inspection. During the tenancy, we carry out inspections to ensure that everything is in good order. We carry out a final inspection at the end, ready for the next tenancy and your continued monthly income.

Advertised directly to students
Your property will be advertised on our website which all University of Warwick students have access to. It is often their first port of call when looking for off-campus accommodation. We will also advertise your property in our office in Leamington Spa.
Organised property repairs
We can organise property repairs on your behalf. This includes specifying and ordering work and paying contractors’ invoices. There is a small additional administration fee for this service.
