Bedworth

Bedworth, 9 miles from the University, is a town situated in the northern part of Warwickshire.

Formerly a small mining town, Bedworth has grown considerably as a residential town, largely due to transport links to major cities such as Coventry and Birmingham. There are several historical buildings juxtaposed with a number of contemporary buildings and new-build homes, creating a visually diverse town. Property prices are more reasonable than some of the surrounding Warwickshire areas.

It is conveniently placed in the centre of the motorway network, adjacent to junction three of the M6 and within easy reach of the A5.

Bedworth town centre offers a range of high street stores including Tesco, Boots, Aldi and Iceland. The Arena retail park and Coventry City's football ground the 'Ricoh Arena', are located on the outskirts.
