    Benefactors Apartments

The building offers a high level of style for postgraduate students. Ideally situated at the heart of Central Campus, only a couple of minutes' walk away from University facilities including the Students’ Union and grocery store and only a 10 minute walk to Gibbet Hill campus.

Benefactors is tastefully designed, it offers modern, comfortable living for couples in either ground floor self-contained apartments or superior duplex (split level) apartments on the second floor. There is also a ground floor communal lounge for all residents to enjoy.

You can only apply for a Benefactors apartment if you are both new students on a full time postgraduate degree (taught or research). Priority will be to those who pay fees at the overseas (non-EU) rate (as stated in your course offer). To apply, you need to complete the application form on this page. Please do not fill out the postgraduate accommodation application. Couple applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
