Specific accommodation requirements

If you have specific accommodation requirements, including applications on disability, medical, or mental health grounds, you will need to follow the relevant specific accommodation requirements process.

Students still looking for campus accommodation

To be eligible you need to be a fully enrolled full-time student at the University for the 2021/2022 academic year, and not currently be in a Warwick Accommodation contract.

  • You can complete the part year campus accommodation request formLink opens in a new window. Please make sure you read all the information on the form and follow the correct process.
  • You can look at campus vacancies where students advertise their rooms in the hope of finding a suitable replacement. Students may have also advertised their rooms on the Warwick Students' Union housemates wanted forum.
  • If you are in a private accommodation contract for the current academic year you may want to seek advice from the Students' Union before completing the request form or requesting to take over a student’s room contract.

Students currently living on campus

Room transfers and direct room swaps

  • A transfer list is now open. Students who have signed a campus accommodation contract and are living on campus for the 2021/2022 academic year can apply to request a transfer to a different hall of residence. Please ensure you carefully review the information on the transfer webpage and form prior to submitting a transfer request.
  • Unfortunately, we will not currently be facilitating any direct room swaps during the academic year.

Looking for a replacement for your campus contract

  • If you are looking for a suitable replacement for your campus accommodation contract, you can advertise your room to be listed on our campus vacancies webpage and/or through the Warwick Students’ Union housemates wanted forum. Please be aware it can take approximately five working days for the advert to be created after completing the campus replacement form.

Students still looking for off campus accommodation

To be eligible you need to be a fully enrolled full-time student at the University for the 2021/2022 academic year, and not currently be in a Warwick Accommodation contract.

  • Take over a Warwick Accommodation vacancy
    Vacancies in university managed off campus properties can be found online at our University Managed Off CampusLink opens in a new window property webpage. If you would like to take a Warwick Accommodation vacancy, please contact the Off Campus Accommodation Team at wapropertymanagement at warwick dot ac dot uk with your name, ID number and the date you would like the room from and details of the room you are interested in. You can also request to book a viewing for one of our properties online by completing our viewing request form. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.
  • Take over a student vacancy
    You can look at university managed off campus student vacancies where students advertise their rooms in the hope of finding a suitable replacement. Students may have also advertised their rooms on the Warwick Students' Union housemates wanted forum.

Students currently living off campus

Room transfers and direct room swaps

  • If you would like to be considered for a room transfer from one off campus room to another off campus room managed by the University, please email wapropertymanagement at warwick dot ac dot uk with your name, ID number and property/room details. Please note that a room transfer may not be possible and will subject to the availability of suitable vacant rooms. Unfortunately, we will not currently be facilitating any direct room swaps during the academic year.

Looking for a replacement for your off campus contract

  • If you are looking for a suitable replacement for your university managed off campus accommodation contract, you can advertise your room to be listed on our off campus student vacancies webpage. We are only able to advertise university managed off campus properties but please be aware it can take approximately five working days for the advert to be created after completing the off campus replacements form. You can also advertise your vacancy on the Warwick Students Union housemates wanted forum.
