Accommodation for Current Students for 2021/2022

Current students 2021/2022

Specific accommodation requirements

If you have specific accommodation requirements, including applications on disability, medical, or mental health grounds, you will need to follow the relevant specific accommodation requirements process. Please be aware that you will also need to complete the relevant accommodation application before the deadline.

Campus

Campus accommodation applications for current students for the 2021/2022 academic year are now closed. Please see the application page for further information.

Off Campus Accommodation

Warwick Accommodation manages around 100 bed spaces in Coventry.

If you book a room with us, there is no cooling-off period and bookings will be cancelled if all agreements are not signed by the deadline.

If you are going to be under the age of 18 when the off campus contract starts, then you will need to contact the Allocation Team as you will not be eligible to reside in Off Campus Housing.

Please also be aware that due to the current pandemic, if you wish to visit a property/room after a property viewing is booked online you will need to email the Off Campus Team at wapropertymanagement@warwick.ac.uk to arrange this. The Off Campus Property Manager will need to check that none of the residents or students visiting the property are self-isolating or have any symptoms of Covid-19. Further information can be found in the booking guide below.

You will have three options to choose from:
1. Form a group with other students and browse and book properties online.
2. Create a one-person group and browse rooms sold on an individual basis online.
3. Take a room in a house with a group of students who have a vacant room or where a student is looking to find a replacement.
