2022/2023 Campus Vacancies for Returning Undergraduate Students

  • A limited number of vacancies are still available for eligible returning undergraduate students to live on campus for the 2022/2023 academic year.
  • To be eligible to apply you will need to be a student moving into your second year or beyond of an undergraduate course, a part-year undergraduate student on the Venice programme, or an undergraduate student supported through the specific accommodation requirements process for 2022/2023.
  • Rooms will be offered on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability of preferences.
  • We will update this webpage with further information regarding the availability of rooms.

If your application is successful and you are allocated to Cryfield Townhouses, currently this block consists of 6 bed Townhouses with a 44 week let length. They include a washer dryer machine in the shared kitchen and therefore is a different price to the 12 bed townhouses.

Application Information

  • If for any reason you do not meet eligibility requirements after you have applied and been allocated, you are responsible for contacting accommodation at warwick dot ac dot uk. If you do not inform us that you no longer meet the criteria, we reserve the right to cancel, or move your allocation to an appropriate area.
  • We will process applications on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Successful applicants will be emailed details of their hall allocation and offer of accommodation on a rolling basis, subject to availability of preferences.

Making an Application

  • To apply, you will need to click the 'apply now' button below and log on to the accommodation hub. You should select the 'Current Students' option and log in with your Warwick ID and password.
  • Once logged in please make sure you have selected the correct academic year (2022/2023). You will then need to select the 'Returning Undergraduate' application from the drop down and choose the relevant application type: either Venice part-year, medical/disability grounds or final year ballot (please select this option if you will be in your second year or beyond for 2022/2023). If you fall into two application types (i.e. Venice part-year and medical/disability grounds) or you are unsure about which application type you should choose when applying, please contact accommodation at warwick dot ac dot uk and we will confirm which application type you should select.
  • We will ask you to provide some personal information that will be considered when allocating your room if your application is successful.
  • You will also be asked to provide details of any specific accommodation requirements for any medical or disability needs you may have. If this applies to you and you have not already been supported by Wellbeing Support Services, please follow the specific accommodation requirementsLink opens in a new window process in addition to submitting an application for returning undergraduate accommodation.
  • You will need to select five halls of residence in order of preference. While we make every effort to allocate you to a higher preference as possible we cannot guarantee this as rooms will be offered subject to availability.
  • Once you have submitted an application a copy of the details you entered will automatically be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please contact accommodation at warwick dot ac dot uk.

  • Please be advised that some contracts start on a Sunday, but to ease comparison of the fees across halls, we have rounded up all the weekly let lengths to the nearest week.

  • The specifications of halls/rooms is correct at the date of publish but may be subject to change as necessary.
  • During the year there will be building works across campus. This may affect some halls but every effort will be made to keep noise, disruption and inconvenience to a minimum.
