As a new applicant you will need to register for a Warwick IT account. Once you have your Warwick IT login then you will be able to message the Mental Health Team using their portal You will need to read all of the information below before you contact the team.
In addition to following this process you will need to also complete the relevant accommodation application form by the 31 July deadline.
You will need to provide medical evidence written by a medical professional on official headed paper or you can ask your medical practitioner to complete the Medical Evidence form.
The evidence must include the following information or we will not be able to process it:
- Details of your mental health condition, the impact this has on your functioning and how this impacts on the accommodation that you require
- Dated within three months of the submission date
- Written in English or have an official translation with it
