Specific accommodation requirements
- If you have specific accommodation requirements, including applications on disability, medical, or mental health grounds, you will need to follow the relevant specific accommodation requirements process.
Students still looking for campus accommodation
To be eligible for campus accommodation you need to be a fully enrolled full-time student at the University for the 2022/2023 academic year, and not currently be in a Warwick Accommodation contract.
- Apply for a Warwick Accommodation vacancy
You can now request part year campus accommodation. Please ensure you read all the information on the form and follow the correct process. - Take over a student vacancy
You can browse campus vacancies where students advertise their room in the hope of finding a suitable replacement. Students may have also advertised their room on the Warwick Students' Union housemates wanted forum. If you already have a private accommodation contract for the current academic year you may want to seek advice from the Students' Union before requesting to take over a student's campus vacancy.

- Room transfers
If you would like to transfer to a different room you can complete a room transfer request. Please be aware that transfers take place on an ongoing basis subject to the availability of suitable vacant rooms. Completing a transfer request does not guarantee a transfer and we will only contact you, if and when, we can offer you a transfer. - Direct room swaps
If you wish to swap your campus room with another student's campus room, both students must email accommodation at warwick dot ac dot uk and include the full names and 7 digit Warwick IDs of the students involved as well as the proposed date of the direct swap. We will then check whether the swap is permitted and email both students to confirm next steps. If the direct room swap is permitted, you may be required to authorise a new contract before moving into the new room and a £35 administrative fee will apply. Please be aware that it is not possible for Warwick Accommodation to clean bedrooms prior to a direct room swap. - Find a suitable replacement for your campus contract
If you are looking for a suitable replacement for your campus accommodation contract, you can advertise your room to be listed on our campus student vacancies webpage and/or through the Warwick Students’ Union housemates wanted forum. Please be aware it can take approximately five working days for an advert to be created after completing the campus replacement form.
