Core Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Academic Registrar and Deputy Academic Registrar
  • Conduct strategic and operational work across a variety of functions of University administration
  • Draft reports for committees
  • Service meetings and committees, including the Senate
  • Develop and maintain web pages and on-line facilities
  • Provide support to the Senate Secretariat, as part of the Academic Governance Team

Biography

Phil started working full-time for the University in June 2006 as a member of the Allocations Team in Warwick Accommodation. In October 2015 he joined the University’s Institutional Governance Team, supporting the secretariat of the University’s Council and committees which report to it. Phil then moved to the Academic Registrar's Office in November 2016, providing clerical support to the Senate secretariat and the Faculty Board secretaries. In September 2017, Phil moved to his current role providing administrative support to the Academic Registrar and Deputy Academic Registrar.
