The Annual Course Review for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught provision will be replaced by biennial Education Experience Monitoring (EEM) events. They will provide a helpful framework for departments to formalise existing practice and to offer a formal vehicle for the consideration of External Examiners’ reports, student feedback (eg from SSLCs, module questionnaires), data on admission and progression, exam results and module literature. The idea of the EEM is to draw together these issues so departments can take a holistic view of a course of study, to assist with the planning of future course developments.
Teaching Quality are in the process of developing a schedule for the EEM events following approval at the meeting of the Academic Quality and Standards Committee (AQSC) that was held on 31 Otober 2017. Departments will receive a minimum of 6 weeks' notice of their EEM event. The Departments that will have their EEM event in the 2017-18 academic year are listed below (listed alphabetically and not in order of date of EEM):

If your Department does not appear in the list above, your EEM event will take place in the 2018-19 acaemic year.
