Learning Gain: An Agenda for Change

Woburn House, 27th September 2018

The final LEGACY event was held at Woburn House, London on Thursday 27th September 2018. It brought together practitioners and policy makers to discuss the future of learning gain measurement in higher education. The insightful debate during the day considered the methodological and conceptual challenges for those working to research and implement learning gain measures. We concluded by suggesting that more should be done to consider the student voice, pedagogical rationales and further input from employers. The resources from the day can be found below and include slides from the opening keynote, the LEGACY Strands and the parallel speakers. Reflections were also captured by #learninggain
