Principal aims

The Recruitment Process module aims to familiarise the participant with the whole spectrum of issues concerning the recruitment of students as candidates for work experience.

Principal learning outcomes

The module also aims to extend the participant’s understanding of equal opportunities and to equip them to effectively implement good professional practice.

Timetabled teaching activities

Blended learning: distance learning-led with materials provided via a virtual learning environment supplemented by support from tutor.
