Module content and teaching
This module explores the development and application of models and analytical techniques which may be used to support a strategic planning process.
Principal learning outcomes
By the end of the module you should be able to: understand the range of methods and models available to support the development of effective strategic decision making; appreciate how the methods can be incorporated within the planning process; use a selection of the methods covered on the module in practical situations; demonstrate written, analytical and verbal communication skills; utilise and develop analytic skills; convey your understanding of key concepts using different forms of communication (eg write reports, make presentations); use information technology and work with others.
