Module content and teaching
Principal aims
This module focuses on the role of law in the implementation of ideas and policies concerned with the ownership, use and development of land.
Timetabled teaching activities
There will be two lectures every week in terms 1 and 2 There will be revision lectures in term 3. TThere will be 14 seminars spread over two terms. . Attendance at seminars is compulsory and will be recorded. Non-attendance will result in disciplinary measures being taken and may result in exclusion from the course.
