Principal aims

This module focuses on the role of law in the implementation of ideas and policies concerned with the ownership, use and development of land.

Timetabled teaching activities

There will be two lectures every week in terms 1 and 2 There will be revision lectures in term 3. TThere will be 14 seminars spread over two terms. . Attendance at seminars is compulsory and will be recorded. Non-attendance will result in disciplinary measures being taken and may result in exclusion from the course.

COMPULSORY 1st Year module for all students registered for the LLB and LLB (European). BA Law/Sociology and BA Law/Business Studies degree students seeking exemption from Professional Law examinations must take this module in their 2nd Year
