Module content and teaching

Principal aims

This module will help you to turn what you have learned from all the core modules into practical skills for training purposes. It will provide you with the opportunity to design and pilot intercultural training materials and to evaluate their effectiveness for coaching/development. The principles and practical skills you will acquire during this module will help you to become an effective intercultural coach/trainer.

Principal learning outcomes

By the end of the module the student should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and constructs underlying effective intercultural coaching and development, and to show a critical understanding of the range and scope of different intercultural coaching/development contexts.
