Module content and teaching

Principal aims

The aim of this module is to analyse the different aspects of the insolvency and/or debt restructuring of corporations, financial institutions and sovereign entities from an international perspective.

Principal learning outcomes

The course would enable students to identify common aspects in the dynamics, techniques and mechanisms to deal with these three different types of insolvencies/restructurings and discover innovative trends in a continuous developing area.
