Principal learning outcomes

By the end of the module, students will be able to identify and assess the centrality of the discourse and practices of crime and policing in the formation of British national and imperial identities. They will also understand and evaluate theoretical traditions and methodological concerns within a variety of analytical and rhetorical modes.
