Supply Chain Graduate Programme
The graduate programme is specifically designed to develop the skills and knowledge of our successful applicants by placing them directly into situations concerning the whole remit of Supply Chain Management: purchasing, planning, logistics and customer service. Whilst our central base is in the UK, much of our work also addresses the European markets.
What is it all about?
Throughout out 15-month rotation scheme, you will be placed on 3 individual placements to expose you to the realities of this field. Logistics will cover the ins-and-outs of the company, from warehouse management to wider production plans; Within Procurement you will be sourcing materials and grasping a far wider understanding of how to succeed in the wider international market. You will need to have strong research and negotiation skills to succeed here. Planning will have you producing production models for a number of different developing products - projects that require diligence and sound organisational skills from start to finish.

We expect our applicants to have achieved a minimum 2:1 in any degree subject. However, 2:2 candidates can be successful with considerable relevant experience.
