Any available data on the revenue or expenditure of these purchase orders? This will provide an element of scale to your work, and figures can be natural draw to the eye on a CV providing they are not overly-frequent.

Try to recall everything you did but in greater detail, so if you were working with documents, what kind of documents? This will show me what kind of work you are familiar with and, even if it is not directly relevant to the work, it can show me your understanding of a professional workplace in more detail.
