About the Chaplaincy

A Space for Everyone

Wherever you’re at, the Chaplaincy is here when you need space for yourself. You’re welcome to drop in and make yourself a hot drink, take a seat in our lounge space, use the wifi and take a quiet moment by yourself or with friends. Life can be challenging so if an ear to listen would be helpful, our Chaplains are there for you, whatever your own beliefs and faith.

Space to meet with likeminded people

As well as our lounge space, there is a library area and main space that is regularly used by members of many faith traditions for worship, prayer, friendship and food.

Dedicated Space

As well as our shared main space, we also have dedicated spaces for prayer and worship for Christians in our Chapel and Muslims in our Islamic Prayer Hall. The Jewish and Islamic communities also have their own kitchens for storage and preparation of food to meet their faiths’ requirements.

If you’re based at Westwood or Gibbet Hill campuses, look out for our Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms which can be a great resource for students and staff.
