Appointment of Buddhist and Sikh Faith Advisers

The Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Team is delighted to announce the appointment of three Faith Advisers from amongst the University of Warwick Community. Professor Vicki Squire (Buddhist Faith Adviser), Professor Nattavudh (Nick) Powdthavee (Buddhist Faith Adviser) and Dr Harjinder Singh Lallie (Sikh Faith Adviser) will work alongside Chaplains to extend the Chaplaincy’s offer of support and guidance beyond faith communities currently represented. Faith Advisers are a point of contact for staff and students and can help with signposting to local resources and providing guidance.

This is a wonderful next step in widening the provision of the multi-faith chaplaincy. If you would like to find out more or are interested in exploring the role of Faith Adviser, please contact mark.rowland@warwick.ac.uk. In particular, we are looking for a member of staff who could be the Chaplaincy’s Hindu Faith Adviser.
