|Who is it for?
||Staff who might have a need to listen to others (and themselves...) in or out of the workplace. For staff who like to listen deeper to what those around us have to say.
||In this session you will cover:
- What is reflective listening?
- Barriers to Listening
- Active Listening (Please be aware that this workshop has a experiential side to it, and you might need to share something of yourself in a confidential environment)
|What will I get out of this?
||By the end of the session you will have gained an understanding of:
- What stops us from listening actively
- How to listen actively
- How to listen in a helpful way
