Who is it for? Students who worry about feeling sick; tightness in chest/racing heart/nausea/bad tummy/dizziness, whilst otherwise being in good health.
Content In this session you will cover:
  • The importance of understanding and undervaluing Panic
  • An introduction to CBT principles
What will I get out of this? By the end of the session you will have gained a better understanding of:
  • What Panic Attack means
  • Healthy and unhealthy ways of coping
  • The vicious cycle that maintains Panic
  • Further sources of help
