WTMSS Application Form


Please note you must have submitted an application for a Masters Level course starting 2024/2025 at the University of Warwick by the scholarship deadline in order to be considered for a WTMSS.



*Part 1.* Essential Criteria. Please note you must be able to answer yes to all three of these statements to be eligible to be considered for a WTMSS



*Part 2.* Financial Eligibility. You must be able to answer yes to *at least one* of the below in order to be eligible to be considered for the WMTSS. Please indicate all of those that apply to you.



*Part 3.* Under-represented groups criteria. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who can answer yes to *at least one* of the below. Please indicate all of those that apply to you.

In order to support your application we would ask for you to upload the relevant evidence as listed below and within the Scoring and Assessment Criteria.
 

*Required Evidence* 1. Prior to August 2016 - Maintenance *Grant* - please upload Student Finance Notification Letter from the first and last year of your undergraduate degree. 2. After August 2016 - Maintenance *Loan* - please upload Student Finance Entitlement Letter (Student Loans Company) from any two years of your studies. (Preferably your most recent). 3. Special Support Grant- please upload Student Finance Notification Letter from the first and last year of your undergraduate degree. 4. Disability Support (DSA/DLA or PIP)- please upload your Student Finance Notification Letter or DSA/PIP/Attendance Allowance letter. *Additional Evidence* 1. If you entered University at undergraduate level from a Care background or as a Foyer resident- please upload a Letter from Local Authority or Foyer. 2. Either evidence to show you have been in receipt of Carers Allowance, or a supporting letter from an appropriate professional confirming your role (these must be on headed paper). *Note* : Assessment of whether you come from one of the most deprived areas of the country and/or an area that it is unusual to go to University will be determined by your permanent home address postcode upon entry to University, using the governments Indices of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) , and Polar 4 classifications . If your postcode IMD value is 16,250 or less and/or you score quintile 1 (Polar 4) you meet these criteria.
