The data you shared via this form will be held by the Community Values Education Programme and shared with your course facilitator. The data collected will be used to manage attendance on the course, and for course evaluation purposes. Your attendance at the course will be recorded and associated with your name and department, but once the academic year concludes no other personally identifiable data will be retained, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than managing course attendance and completion.
