Many thanks for expressing interest in the Hear My Name project. On this page you will find information about the pilot and the research project Participant Information Leaflet.
Once you register to join the pilot, you'll be sent a short instruction email with details of how to set-up the audio name badge in your email. After 30 days, you'll be sent a short anonymous online survey to capture your experiences of using the audio name badge. You'll also be invited to share the link for a very short survey to three people you emailed within the last 30 days so we can capture what recipients of your emails thought about the name badge. These should be Warwick staff and/or students.
Joining the pilot in no way obligates you to complete the survey or to send a link to others. We will contact you once to send the links and after that, your email address will be deleted. There will be no other follow-up. Please only join the pilot if you are happy for us to contact you on this one occasion.
For your information links to the following documents are available for your to view now before providing your email address. These documents will be sent to you again by email in 30 days to enable you, should you wish, to feedback on your experiences of using an audio name badge.

Privacy notice
The data on this form will be used to send you the instructions to set up an audio name badge and then a link to the feedback survey. We will store the fact that you have requested the information and your contact details to receive the information before deleting. If you agree to join our mailing list, your email will be added to that list (separate from this research project). We will not send you any information beyond that which you have requested, nor will we use the data for any other purpose.
