Study Skills

Effective study skills and strategies are essential for study, especially at University. Study skills develop and are refined through practice, feedback and self-reflection. We all have our own personal learning style and the same study skill approach will not suit everyone.

On the Resources for Study Skills page you will find some links and resources to help you explore different study skills that could be useful for your studies.

Take time to reflect on your study; you may find the resources on the Reviewing Study Skills page helpful.

Students with specific study skills support requirements as a result of a specific learning difference or disability may also be able to access the specialist study skills support or academic mentoring offered through Disability Services.

If you would like to make an appointment to discuss your specific learning difference and/or support please log in and contact us at https://wellbeing.warwick.ac.uk/ choosing the "support for disabilities" option
