Hearing Impaired Students

The University has a number of induction loop systems installed in lecture theatres, although you may wish to consider purchasing your own radio aid through the Disabled Students' Allowance.

Portable loops are available for use in the library. For additional information contact library@warwick.ac.uk
 or telephone: 024 7652 2026.

Disability Services employ student support workers that are available for notetaking, library assistance, transcription etc. We do not offer BSL, interpretation, CACDP notetaking, or communication support in house but we will support students in making those arrangements externally(subject to availability). All the above services are usually funded through the Disabled Student Allowances.

If you are considering staying on campus in the Halls of Residence you will be allocated in a room with a flashing light and vibro pillow fire alerter.
