Creating accessible documents

We appreciate that this might be one of the biggest changes we are making. From now on, you should not be putting PDFs or other documents (including Word files) online. Your web content should be in a normal web page format.
Our decision comes from a combination of accessibility guidelines and best practice for users.
Even though you should not be uploading documents online, you may still need to write and share documents with colleagues who have accessibility needs. You can build accessibility into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft applications.
