We have changed the process on how digital signage requests are submitted.
Please review the update to find out more.
Warwick Print is currently responsible for the development and content management of all centrally managed digital screens campus wide. Training is provided for new users to the system and, in collaboration with AV Services, advice and guidance on the current university system.
The Big Screen team deals with content management and scheduling for the Big Screen in the Piazza as well as the Oculus screens. See contact details on the right.
Tasks the team can help with/advise on
- Big Screen Piazza
The outdoor screen in the piazza at the heart of campus provides a relaxed, social atmosphere for all of the campus community to watch national and international sporting and cultural activities, catch up on latest Warwick news, see what else is happening around campus and join in with live events. The Big Screen team are happy to discuss options for content and events using the big screen - drop a line to bigscreen at warwick dot ac dot uk if you have content you would like to be featured.
- Oculus Screens
The Oculus Video Wall is located in the ground floor foyer and has 3 display options:
1) 4 Portrait screens
2) Full Screen
3) 3 + 1 screens
The Screens in the Oculus provide a vital opportunity to get key communications out to staff, students and visitors alike who are attending conferences, meetings and events in the building. These screens have been used to convey conference information, signage, videos and generic background graphics.
The screen is not intended for advertising, or for sharing strong views/opinions. Content shown must be U rated due to the broad range of people visiting campus.
Drop a line to bigscreen at warwick dot ac dot uk if you have content you would like to be featured.
- Digital signage screens
Content for the landscape screens around the University is managed through the digital signage team (Warwick Print) and published onto screens across campus. For content enquiries, please contact email@example.com. Guidelines and best practice for content can also be found on the digital signage web pages.
- Digital noticeboards
The portrait screens between the Arts Centre and Chaplaincy are managed by the Students' Union, who schedule content onto the six portrait screens. These screens are free to advertise on and aim to help minimise flypostering in this area. Register to access this service at outdoorscreens at warwicksu dot com. Guidelines and best practice for content can also be found on the digital signage webpages.
