Meet the team

We do good work by understanding the objectives of teams and departments, and the goals of the audiences they serve. Our projects are prioritised according to how useful they are to the University. The University values us most as supporters of student recruitment and promoters of the University brand. We try and focus on delivering tangible benefits. We like to measure our success against things like recruitment conversion, operational cost, customer service and audience engagement. We pride ourselves on being transparent about who we can help and why. We want as much feedback as possible, good and bad. We strive to support as many people as possible and we are always honest when we can’t support someone.

We would like to be the best digital team in higher education.


Anthony Hull

Head of Digital

I make sure that the team is supported and delivers projects in-line with University priorities. I represent the team at a senior level and help departments across Warwick do things digitally. Outside of work I’m obsessed with podcasts and East Asian food and I spend most of my time as the father of a young family.


Louise Nangla

UX Designer

As a UX designer I am focussed on the functionality and usability of the university study website. I use data to design the pages for ease of use and accessibility, tailoring the content structure in accordance with user needs. I also love the great outdoors, enjoy photographing my two handsome sons, and occassionally find time to play the piano.


Tomi Oladepo

Digital Marketing Officer (Web & Analytics)

I look after the university's website in term of delivering great user experience, optimising key pages for search engines, monitoring, measuring and analysing its performance to generate relevant insight for stakeholders. Outside of work, I run a fashion blog, stylishacademic.com, because I believe an intellectual or career-driven woman can love and appreciate style without it detracting from her achievements or professional identity.

As a video producer I create visually engaging video content for the Uni with a strong emphasis on student recruitment and brand awareness - working with teams and departments from concept to dissemination. Away from the University, I'm always baking bread, taking photos and getting too involved in building Lego with my kids!

Video Producer

I produce creative targeted video collateral in collaboration with departments and wider stakeholders to support university campaigns, student recruitment and brand awareness. Beyond video production i have a passion for photography: as a freelance professional and by running a local meetup group. As well as new media i also have a love for trash cinema.

Working with the marketing team and departments to create digital assets and artwork to promote student recruitment. This involves graphic design, website banners / layouts and artwork, photo editing, 2d and 3d animation.

As a digital marketing executive, my main priority is Warwick’s study pages. Being in charge of content production, I populate and update these pages accordingly. I assist in SEO copywriting to improve the sites performance and also look after the webeditor resource account, handling the requests we receive.
