Digital Screens Content Submission

Due to how busy the screens can get, we may not be able to schedule your content. Standard playlist content will be scheduled for 4 weeks by default.

If you require any further advice, please contact digitalscreens@warwick.ac.uk before making your submission. If your submission includes a survey, please content insight@warwick.ac.uk to discuss before submitting.

We are currently short-staffed in the Digital Events team so we request additional time to process any requests. Please allow up to 10 working days for content to be published. The team do not work weekends so anything requested on a Friday may not be seen until at least the following Monday.

Your submission will be automatically forwarded to the accommodation team to review for the screens in the Halls of Residences. They may reply to you separately.

If you're submitting content to advertise an event or share a recent news item, have you considered utilising our new Feeds option?

Where does your content best fit? (required)

Please ensure you've read through the guidance and dimensions for the Big Screen, Oculus and General Global Screens before uploading files for your submission. If you submit assets with incorrect dimensions, your submission will be rejected.

Your assets will be deleted once they reach the end of their scheduled display period.

Upload your files here, or add a link to the content description for other file sharing sites (such as my files or wetransfer). You can submit several versions of the same asset in one submission (assets with different dimensions for the different screens, for example).

You will remain the content owner of any submitted content, and will remain liable for any licencing or permissions required to display copywritten content. If you're unsure please email Brand Resource with any questions.
