Sexual Orientation

Sexual orientation is one of the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. The Act aims to protect people from direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, and victimisation on the basis of sexual orientation.

66.7% of staff declared their sexual orientation (63% Heterosexual, 3.6% LGB+, 33.3% Unkown). Sector average is 42% Heterosexual, 2.9% LGB+, and 55.1% Unknown.
