The University has a network of trained Dignity Contacts who can provide confidential support to staff who may be experiencing difficulties relating to harassment and/or bullying.
Dignity Contacts may provide guidance on possible options open to the individual. It will be for the individual to decide if they wish to pursue any of the options open to them.
All Dignity Contacts are volunteers who work in a variety of roles across campus and carry out this task in addition to their day jobs.
Dignity Contacts have been given appropriate training in relation to the Dignity at Warwick Policy and any relevant areas of legislation. They will also be provided with ongoing support and confidential advice where appropriate from both the ED&I Team and the Report and Support Team.
