For subsequent meetings you might want to use the Dignity at Warwick Complaint Log to assist conversation and record thoughts as well as using resources from the previous section.
Some cases may require multiple meetings and communication points, which may continue over a long period of time. For such cases, it is important for the Dignity Contact to liaise and work closely with the SLO Report and Support Team, who will be able to monitor, support and provide guidance throughout.
