Equality Monitoring: Why Share Your Personal Information?
All staff are encouraged to regularly review their personal information on SuccessFactors and ensure it is up-to-date. We know that people don't always understand the relevance of this information to us as an employer, or aren't sure of the safety of providing an answer. We hope this page will answer some common questions about what we want to know and why.
Find more information, including how to update your staff record, on the Equality Monitoring: Why Share Your Personal Information? webpage.
We hold termly induction sessions for all new staff to hear about the work we do, an overview of ED&I initiatives, and how you can embed this into your role. The session is suitable for all staff at all levels, and is an opportunity for new staff to meet others from across the institution.
Find more information, and registration, on the ED&I Induction webpage.
On this page you'll find links to all ED&I policies, including Disability, ED&I, and Trans and Gender Reassignment. For a full list of University policies see the HR A-Z webpage.

Once a month we produce an email newsletter to brief colleagues on ED&I issues, news, and events.
