We hold termly induction sessions for all new staff to hear about the work we do, an overview of ED&I initiatives, and how you can embed this into your role. The session is suitable for all staff at all levels, and is an opportunity for new staff to meet others from across the institution.

Once a month we produce an email newsletter to brief colleagues on ED&I issues, news, and events.

The University recognises the power of Staff Networks, these groups provide an opportunity for staff to connect, socialise, support one another, and discuss issues of relevance to their communities. Staff Networks are run by and for the members, with administrative support from the ED&I team.

The ED&I Network meet on a termly basis. These meetings give you an opportunity to hear an update on ED&I activities currently being worked on at the University.

Dignity at Warwick
We are committed to ensuring a working and learning environment in which all University members (staff and students) are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, and where bullying and harassment are not tolerated.
The Dignity at Warwick Policy outlines unacceptable behaviours and the process on reporting and dealing with inappropriate behaviour.

Conference Support Awards
Academic staff, research active staff, and those in appropriate support or administrative posts who incur extra childcare and/or caring costs by attending conferences/workshops as part of their role at the University can apply for up to £150.
