Campus Timeline:
Shard Campus (2014)

Warwick Business School (WBS) promoted this project to establish a University presence in London. Following an extensive search, we identified the Shard as the preferred building due to its profile and its location. It offers a connection with both Canary Wharf and the City.

The employers requirement was well established prior to tendering the construction. Fit out was programmed for twelve weeks. It was delivered in ten.

  • We fitted out our shard campus in just 10 weeks.
  • The Shard is the tallest building in western Europe at 309.6m.
  • Designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of "Excellent".
