Post: Bulk storage guidance for students

If you are using a bulk storage service such as Lovespace, please be aware of the following:

  • Flat-pack boxes are delivered by your chosen courier to the Student Post Room, so it is important that you use your abbreviated accommodation address to order boxes with the CV4 7ES postcode.
  • Please collect your boxes from the Student Post Room as soon as possible. Please note that you might not be allowed to travel on the campus shuttlebus service with your boxes if the service is busy.
  • Collections of your full boxes by the courier are from the Main Post Room at Westwood, which is in the same building as the Student Post Room.
  • You must deliver your full boxes to the main post room between these times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
    • Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm
    • Saturday & Sunday – Closed
  • The collection arrangements of your boxes with your chosen courier is your responsibility and the University accepts no liability if boxes are not collected or lost.
  • You must ensure each box to be collected is clearly labelled as required by the courier.
  • You must complete a collections form available at the Main Post Room when you deliver your boxes.
  • If you are returning to campus in autumn 2018, please note that your courier will deliver your boxes back to the Student Post Room and you should arrange to collect them as soon as possible. Please ensure that each box does not weigh more than 20kg.
  • Please ensure that each box is securely sealed and taped.
