Clever and appropriate use of yearly budget planned in advance to maximise value for money and strategic suggestions for contingency budget that match key priorities
• Media buying and negotiation – experience in education means we have great relationships with key media and knowledge of the yearly education cycle and decision making points. Early negotiation to ensure best rates and positioning
• Digital expertise – from strategic planning and measurement, buying across all digital platforms as well as technical and creative build capabilities, we have the knowledge and expertise to ensure that both on and offline are seamlessly integrated and working together to create outstanding results. In-depth knowledge of social media and content strategies; SEO and PPC techniques with the benefit of being a Google Adwords Partner
• Creative concepts to production – our award winning creative department work closely with the entire client team to ensure we are producing effective ideas and relevant copy that meets SMART objectives to drive interest and response and maximise integration
• Accurate reporting and strategic analysis – established systems to deliver measurement and evaluation of media campaigns. Includes statistical data such as leads generated, call volume increases, unique website visitors, mobile traffic, advertising source, click throughs and CTR as appropriate to the specific campaign. Key element to this is how this informs future strategic media plans and suggestions
• Client relationships – understanding the importance of maintaining relationships and ensuring great communication between client and Hunterlodge i.e. clear information is provided including detailed media proposals with rationales, structured spend reports and invoices including department specific / corporate if required, daily job status reports with all deadlines and action responsibilities and regular face-to-face meetings at key times throughout the recruitment cycle
• Future scoping and trend spotting - establishing insight into your current and future audience, their likes and dislikes, media consumption and how they are talking about your brand along with future industry developments to enable you to be more innovative and relevant in your future offering, utilising tools such as BrandWatch, TGI Analysis, Ad Dynamix, IPA Touchpoints and behavioural economics
