Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The CRM team supports student recruitment for undergraduate students. It implements and delivers a communications plan for prospective students created in collaboration with colleagues across SARO, the International Office, Marketing and academic departments.
Key responsibilities of the CRM team
- Supporting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment
- Implementing and delivering a communications plan for prospective students
- Maintaining the underlying data within the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and segmentation
- Managing the relationship between the University and our CRM supplier and overseeing the development of the software
