The Events team plans, runs and manages events for External Affairs, and the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar’s offices, in response to key priorities for stakeholder and alumni engagement, and University profile-raising objectives. Events take place on campus, nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities of the Events team

  • Planning, running and managing events for External Affairs and the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar's offices

Tasks the team can help with/advise on

  • Advice on how to plan and run an event at the University, off-campus, and overseas.
  • Advice on whether or not an event is the most appropriate way to achieve your desired outcome.

In order to manage our workload and offer the best possible service, please discuss your event needs with us at least six months in advance of the event date.
