Use of Non Standard University of Warwick Terms and Conditions

Where ever possible, all purchases made on behalf of the University of Warwick should be against the University of Warwick standard terms and conditions and this should be made clear on all Requests for Quotations. Any purchases which do not include the University's standard terms and conditions must be referred to the Head of Procurement and Insurance Services. This includes agreements which contain amendments to the University's Standard General Conditions of Purchase or Standard General Conditions of Service.

A Request for Approval For Use of Non-Standard Terms and Conditions form (link below) should be completed and submitted to the Procurement and and Insurance Services office in the event that amendments to the University of Warwick Standard General Conditions are required or whether entirely new terms are proposed.
