As part of the introduction of the University's new integrated Student Complaints Resolution Pathway and associated Procedure, the University will be running a number of briefing sessions for staff. These sessions will be offered to staff who are likely to be involved in resolving student complaints or who give advice to student complainants. If you would like a member of the team to provide a briefing to a departmental or team meeting, please do email email@example.com
*NEW DATES TO BE SCHEDULED*
Please note the briefing sessions planned for the summer term of 2015 will include advice on good practice when dealing with complaints and are scheduled for 1.5 hours.
- Register your interest for a future session (if you register your interest we will notify you when additional dates are released)
The briefing will provide an overview of the new Student Complaints Resolution Framework here at Warwick, to help staff understand the new system and be better able to advise students about the process. It will also advise staff on their responsibilities when dealing with student complaints, the support that is available to them and how to deal with complaints effectively, so they can be resolved at the earliest stage of the complaint process. The sessions in the summer term of 2015 will include advice on good practice when dealing with complaints.
If you are interested in attending one of these briefing sessions, please fill in the registration form below. Once you have registered, you will be sent confirmation of your space at one of the sessions, and further details about the sessions will follow.
While these sessions focus on the introduction of the new Integrated Student Complaints Resolution Pathway, there will be further future sessions on good practice in complaints handling and resolution.
