VPN upgrade, Wed 17th June 2020, between 07:00 and 08:00

On Wednesday 17th June 2020, between 07:00 and 08:00, we are upgrading the VPN service. This is a standard upgrade to the Cisco AnyConnect Client* which includes security enhancements. If you connect to the VPN before or during the upgrade, your connection will continue to run on the old client. After the upgrade, you may find that the first time you connect it takes slightly longer to join as the AnyConnect Client upgrades on your system.

During the change window, if you attempt to connect to the VPN and it fails, or you are disconnected, please try connecting again. If after a few attempts you are still unable to connect, or you experience any other problems, please feel free to contact the helpdesk: https://warwick.ac.uk/helpdesk.

NOTE:
*Cisco AnyConnect will upgrade from 4.6.04054 to 4.8.03052.
