Teams Live Events

Teams Live Events is an extension of the Microsoft Teams application and enables the host(s) to broadcast a live event to a larger audience, up to 10,000 participants, than compared to Teams meetings with maximum 250 participants. It is available at Warwick as a bookable service as it requires a license to use it.

Audience participation in Live Events is primarily to view the content presented by the host(s). However, there is an opportunity for participants to engage in Q&A, should the host enable this feature. For more information for live event attendees, please refer them to Attend a live event in Teams.

Events can be watched live, or recorded and viewed in Teams, Yammer or Stream.
