If you have just been issued with your University ID (the seven-digit number on the front of your University card) you may need to wait 24hrs to allow the card number to be downloaded from the central records database.
If you have had your University ID longer than 24hrs, please check that you have entered the correct number – ensure that you are entering a seven-digit number.
If you are sure that you have entered the correct information, yet you still receive the error message, then students should contact the Academic Office and staff should contact Human Resources. Both departments are located in University House. They may need to check that they have the correct date of birth associated with your University ID.
