Lync to replace WebEx for desktop conferencing

After the launch of Office 365 for staff and researchers, Lync 2013 is going to replace WebEx as the University’s official desktop conferencing tool. We're not going to create any WebEx accounts from now on, so if you need to set up desktop conferencing, install Office 2013 to access Lync.

If you have an existing WebEx account, it won't work from October 2014 onward, so make the switch to Lync as soon as you can.
