Webex can be an effective tool for teaching. It provides a number of features like desktop-sharing, file upload, syndication/breakout facilities and slideshow-viewing that allow teaching and tuition/training to take place in a virtual environment. It's also possible to record meetings and sessions so that content can be reviewed later.
