Customer Relationship Management
CRM service
The University's new CRM service provides staff with a valuable source of shared and centralised information about the University's external stakeholders. A pilot project is underway to launch this service in a small number of departments before rolling out across the University.
The service is provided through Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and authorised users can access it through their Office 365 account.
Access Requests
Departmental Access
If your department is not part of the Pilot Project but would like access then please submit a request to use the Core Solution.
User Access Requests
If you are a member of a department already using Dynamics CRM then you can apply for a user account through the IT Services Help Desk. On the left hand side click 'Make a Request', then under 'Software & Applications' select 'Customer Relationship Management'.
Please note that we cannot give access to people from within departments not already using the CRM system; if you are in this position please do not submit a user access request (see Departmental Access for more information).
